interesting article on Teck being on the defensive now that CIC is supportive of the takeover and Keevil said he would support any decision of the board. Nagle  in Toronto to meet with Teck shareholders and Price if he is agreeable to discuss things. 

im sure Nagle did a deep dive on all of Tecks holdings including SC. If Teck wins the split vote would Glencore buy us out together with EH? Would they then try and get Newmonts 50 % of Galore putting Teck between a rock and a hard place?
