I've chatted enough times with Elmer to know these speculations of back door agreements are just that speculative.  Last I chatted with him, the board wants to see the major opportunities for value increase and then look to sell.  Metallurgical recoveries is the next possible big value ticket.  That said, if they get an offer that gets them excited then of course they need to sell in my opinion.  But this 10-15 yr of back door agreements are rumour garbage
