Copper Fox wants to see improvements before sending ROFO?

When looking at my previous post, it's pretty easy to see that most of our value is already there and not coming from the improvements.

Does it justify dragging this any longer?

In my opinion, acting while the sector is hot would provide shareholders with a higher prize than waiting another 6-12 months for an updated PEA in maybe a recession.

Just guesstimate the value for the improvements with the excel spreadsheets and let's send ROFO!
