The increase was expected. Now the ball is in Tecks court to explain to the shareholders why the company split is more attractive. News on the meta studies would really help both Teck and CUU. Unfortunately I don't think that happens before the vote. I also think we would go on the back burner if Glencore buys Teck. They would have to deal with Newmont first. All those years of playing nice with Teck will come back to bite us in the behind big time. That's why I'm praying the board rejects Glencores bid and votes for separation and a quick takeover by another company. We get taken out to keep things clean for any new owner. Win win.
