Have you ever tried personally reaching out to Elmer with you're frustrations & concerns/statements?

I appreciate the suggestion, youngmoney, but we're well past that point. I gave Elmer the benefit of the doubt for quite a few years. But now I'm way beyond a decade into this investment and only actions are going to cut it, not any attempt at reassuring words. 

The opportunity cost of the money we all have sunk into CUU over many years can never be recouped. I want a sale of Schaft Creek or the entire company at a reasonable price as soon as possible and I can walk away from this painful experience. 

It's well past time to **** or get off the pot!
