I think it's just speculation given the Glencore offer. For me the next psychological barrier is over .30 and keep it there for at least 4-6 weeks.  In my humble opinion that would reflect longer term positivity from the market. If Teck survives Glencores offer and the meta studies are released pumping up SC then I think Teck gets taken out and us with them. 

The wild card is EE and his greed. VD is sitting there like rotting fruit. It wouldn't surprise me if he makes SC and EH a package deal with VD for a complete buyout . One can hope.
