They've done it for years and apparently do it with every jv partner with less than 50% ownership. What irks me is that we get no press or exposure to other RI every time SC is mentioned. And ES could care less. 

For all those who say they can contact him by phone, and believe he gives them an honest answer, please explain to me why he doesn't care about the above.

I refuse to contact him because my past experiences in that regard left me feeling ignored and uninformed. I do not need to hear his smug self satisfied comments again.
