It seems like the class B vote could be close but the article is silent on the effect of the A shares. I wonder how much more would be required to entice the board to recommend it. I'm also curious as to why anyone would vote against the split if a new copper division would get "exponentially" more in a bidding war. The B.C. Government is against a takeover. If the First Nations are against it, I think the feds would step in and block it, if the takeover was approved. Another reason to vote for a split.
if Glencore wins I think it will sink our sp back to single digits. There will be no movement on SC for months as everything gets sorted out. Really really hoping the board rejects the bid regardless of the B vote. JMHO
