Glencore has, as far as I know, not increased their offer. They are monitoring the votes and if they think it's dead in the water probably won't increase the offer and might withdraw it to bid on the new company. They could wait until tomorrow but if the board is dead against it don't have to postpone the vote unless it is a huge increase.
all the while the spot copper price is dropping like a stone in the face of warning bell's about supply, uncertainty about dealing with South American governments and takeovers. Just bad news about China , macro economics, the war, Bidens reelection bid or something else.
Meanwhile in Calgary crickets are the only noise from the office of ES.All this activity and yet no news on the "head turning" data on EH or anything else. They still need cash and still we wait. Pathetic.
