Huge win for Glencore today!

We likely get their revised buyout offer (around 34-35 billion).

Clearly Teck lost this battle and couldn't get enough support to pass this (needing 2/3 approval!)

There is word of a new plan. Maybe just sell the coal assets to the highest bidder? Or try separation again but with no royalty attached to remain a pure ESG play?
