IIRC, the relevant SCJV clause says that Copper Fox Metals Inc can specifically or generally say the following about the project, and not limited to:  Nothing.  Zero.  Nada.  Zip.  Zilch.  Bupkes, and in limited circumstances, diddly-squat.

I would expect that she may also know that a company cannot comment on matters that may be the subject of a material development such as discussions with a suitor.
