Thanks to evryone on your input. They all seem like valid reasons. I'm thinking Teck would want to maximize value for bids and they seem to always advertise that they own 100% of SC. EE & ES need to act while markets are in their favor. You never feel like a bigger idiot than when you ride a market all the way up then all the way back down. There's bulls and there's bears but the hogs get slaughtered.
