They have to pay for the hole monitoring, a new survey at Mineral Mountain, drilling for a season at EH and you know who's salary. Current resources insufficient to meet all those expenditures. 

I can't understand why EE would permit further dilution. I know he will buy the majority of shares but it's a really bad look to have a jr miner with over 750 million shares o/s. If no one takes CUU seriously now, it would become a running joke in the industry.

IF VD is so attractive, then sell a percentage to their neighbours. They need about  $35 million to do all the things required to get their assets to a point where they can be sold for "fair value". Would someone give CUU $50 million for 20or 30 percent? Has ES even tried that approach?
