Teck buys our 25% for $500M US (just an example YM).

Teck then turns around and streams 25% of the gold at SC for $500M US.

Since gold is about 25% of the revenues, streaming 25% of 25% means they are only impacting the future revenues by 6.25%. 

On top of that, they could still get paid 20% of the SPOT price at delivery, therefore lowering that loss to about 5%.

Conclusion:  They acquire an additional 25% ownership of SC for a 5% cut on future revenues or they gain 20% for free.

Pretty good deal if that makes sense!
