Wish I could agree with sending the letter. I do agree with the sentiment, but, it's just business to them. They've been pretty open in their presentations of late that SC is not an imminent project. We are always on the bottom of the pile, last to be mentioned, etc. Threatening legal action seems futile to me, but it does correctly reflect the angst we all feel over this investment.
