dilution hasn't been bad over the years.  i've seen companies where they've done reverse splits and did a placement then the share tanks and does another placement.  That's where you lose a lot of original shareholder equity. 

so far cuu hasn't done that which is pretty admirable and they have no stock option plans either.

once we get this sale done, we're golden.
