And if he does reneg on his "promise " what consequences does he face? EE would sign off on any action so he probably is in the clear and continues to collect his fat and undeserved salary. We probably throw in the towel and sell and EE buys up more with proxies at bargain prices and sells sometime down the road presumably just before he kicks the bucket.

We should all have learned by now not to trust anything ES says about timelines or corporate strategy. JMHO
