A bit strange that ES has to travel to Arizona prior to some sort of news release. 
my guess is that there are issues with the well monitoring and he needs to look at it himself to determine what the problem is and how to fix it. Nothing else would require his personal attention. If there is a problem I wouldn't expect any news release. 

Only other possibility is something to do with putting MM into a separate company. Still don't see the need for him to go there; unless he wants to work on his golf game. Yeah that's probably it.
