Yes, because Galore was way less advanced than SC! Teck/Newmont projected to spend $100M+ to complete the PFS.
If you read the SC PEA, it only takes about 20M to bring us to PFS level.
How much have Teck spent in the last 2 years? 20M!
Also read the PEA recommendations. That's exactly the work they've been doing for the last 2 years.
