I'm trying to figure out whos court the ball is in. Based on Foxies ES response " i do not see any point in waiting to make a decision ". Does that mean teck is a buyer at @ the 2023 program results valuation as long as cuu is comfortable with the valuation??? Seems almost too good to be true.
