Well I reached out to the office this week, and the JV meeting did indeed take place but when a news release will come they couldn't say.  Unfortunately we have to wait till it's gained approval before we see it.

As the weekend is upon us lets have a drink and think about all the possible news that's coming our way and fingers crossed for a nice uptick next week in the shares.  Great news should be near (IMHO).
