HI Mr. Nagle:

I hope you are having a good summer. Thank you for your prompt response to my previous message. I wanted to forward to you Copper Fox Metals' newly-published investor slide deck. I know that Mr. Stewart the Copper Fox President wants to monetize Schaft Creek which is a joint-venture between Copper Fox (25%) and Teck (75%). Many of the Copper Fox retail investors think that our 25% would fit very nicely into Glencore's future copper resource planning given that Schaft Creek is a large advanced stage project. In case you are not aware, Teck has a right of first offer on Copper Fox's 25% interest in Schaft Creek. Certainly, an offer from Glencore would force Teck's hand one way or the other.

I've been a retail investor with Copper Fox for 15 years and believe in this deposit and its near-term future as a mine. I hope you will too! If I can organize an introduction to Mr. Stewart for you, I would be very pleased to do so.
