Glencore would have the balls and wallet to hold Teck accountable if they don't move the project forward fast enough.  The JV partner still normally has a word to say.  We've been just playing nice with Teck, but Glencore would play with different rules.  With Teck moving forward with Galore, SC will increase in value.
