Glencore just acquired the rest of Polymet making it a full 50% partner in the copper-nickel mine in MN. Teck owns the other 50%. Interesting timing that Glencore moves in for the rest of this project even though this mine is plagued by serious opposition and fresh impedements to its development.
To me it looks like Glencore IS trying to gobble up, piece by piece if it has to, projects operated by Teck. Its not crazy imo to think that Nagle is hot for our piece of Schaft Creek.
