Company is conducting an internal evaluation to identify potential opportunities to optimize its corporate structure. 

If this is a signal that Elmer might be retiring, well, good riddance. For all his knowledge of geology, he has taken us nowhere in terms of liquidating any properties. He is no salesman whatsoever. The share price attests to that. 

It might be that Elmer wanted to reward Lynn with the VP position before riding off into the sunset. But I sure as hell hope CUU finds someone who can get some action going so that we realize some long overdue gains in the markets.
