At what point does this saga become a full blown Canadian breX

Whoa! Whoa! As much as I'm a willing participant in running down Elmer's performance, there's no analogy with BreX here. That scam involved complete fabrications. While we have experienced delay after delay after delay, Teck would not be holding 75% of Schaft Creek if there was nothing there but smoke and mirrors.
