Also keep in mind, Elmer is also thinking we might need money for paying an engineering firm to update our economics or mine plan. After 3 more drilling programs, further studies on meta, construction timeline, etc....the 2021 SC report is now outdated since that report had info dated from 2020 end! We need to know the new npv after the project enhancements are complete! 

If Teck says no, Copper Fox will fund it themselves!

Again with less than 500k in the bank, we couldn't. Plus the new RE on Eaglehead, plus the district copper payment....we needed funds.
