I think it'll fall down to what Cuu going to negotiate out of teck. Can still retain ownership of the new junior company after with teck as a partner in it. 

I just don't see tecks reasoning for not wanting to add another basket of copper assets and the chance of creating another project satellite. Especially when they're all in good jurisdiction too
