To me, this is a strong public statement he should try hard to deliver on or risk his reputation and word to the investing public!

Also he can't give definitive remarks so he needs to insert words like "maybe" "probably".

Also couple this with the recent news of a internal strategic review for the assets bodes well with the above statement.
