One buys into companies to see them grow over time not be worth 1/10 of what they were 15 years ago and massive dilution along the way. Insiders buy shares to support the sp and keep it there by buying regularly not taking advantage of running the company out of funds while delivering on nothing you claimed you would for 15 years.  Elmer and the board should have been fired 10 years ago.

One thing I am certain of is we'll be here 12 months from now having the same convo. Elmer has zero ability to trigger a sale. Just another one of his tales.
