I think you and TD are not looking at the facts. Say what you want about the BOD and the "lack of sale" in the past years.  What I said before is that this company could've went private back then and retail shareholders would end up losing.  Also, they are the ones who been keeping the lights on by directly funding the company.  Rememeber that. The stock could've reverse split and watch the value drop even further and insiders would have no choice but to keep the company going by putting money in and by doing that end up DILUTING MORE of your ownership...

Lets go into the share count.  275 million is around the time when Ernesto came into the picture.  That was the share count when he saved the company.  He would then continue to fund the company until the FS was done.  So dilution is expected...no? I invested into this company later when the share count was in the high 300s.

Lets look at the 2013 JV. Share count was 423m fully diluted.

2016...first placement in a while...438m fully diluted. (includes the shares issued for eaglehead).

2017. 456.8m fully diluted. 

2018..474.8m fully diluted.

2019 491.6m fully dilulted.

2020/2021 last placement and some warrants exercised. 549.2m fully diluted. (sort of where we are today).

3-4% of dilution for majority of the placements.  Only exception was the covid one where it was closer to 10% of the share count. 

It's not really a double of what you guys are stating.

That being said, we are all investing into a junior company that has no revenue.  It's expected that this is the way for the company to stay afloat.  What we have is power to buy or sell.  Did I wish I sold some back at 65 cents? or back when it was $2? Do I blame the BOD for that or myself?

I did do one thing is that i've positioned myself to be at the same cost basis as the insiders and like them I need the liquidation event to cash out.  Dumb or smart on my end is to be debated..
