how do you know that? You have no facts to make such a claim. At this early stage, nobody can put a fair number on Capex, there are too many unknown factors. We all understand you want to put a negative spin on anything copper fox releases as news, but at least try to have something support your negative bias :)

All in all it will be another drain on the resources 

We are a junior and our job is to advance properties; to do that we need to spend money, which makes sense if the increase in value is multi-fold of the money spent. A new and updated RE for eaglehead has that potential to make money spent on it to be a worth while expenditure. Negative spin noted again!
