At least take the weekend to rest your weary mind from searching for meaningful clues, Herbie. 

That tweet is how Jason earns his pay cheque from CUU. It's seldom that news of any gravity comes without a move in the share price first (that's with most stocks, not just CUU). Our stagnant 21-cent shares indicate more slumber ahead, and it's little wonder considering the latest money raise and news of further delays.
