Let's remember this.....

Elmer through legal and public avenues has stated recently:

1) Strategic review for our projects

2) Stated a buyout by Year-end/early 2024

If these don't come to pass with nothing of substance, he should resign from his position. These can be misleading statements if nothing happens now.

Remember, these aren't some private phone call conversations with independent investors or private hints to few.....it's a public statement he made to all involved here!
