There have been companies showing interest in some of our projects, should a fair value offer or joint venture opportunity arise the board would then look at moving forward, until that happens the board will keep the assets in the portfolio.

^ That message could have been written a year ago, or five years ago, or ten years ago. 

We start off the morning trading down at 20 cents. It seems the investment world has no confidence in a "fair value offer" or "joint venture opportunity" coming along anytime soon.
