Just read an article in Fortune that Citi Bank expects the next bull run in copper to begin in 2025 and reach at least $15,000 per metric ton. Citi thinks the bull run will make the oil boom in 2008 look like childs play. They also noted that there are a lot of investors on the sidelines waiting to jump in which will make the start of the run rise steeply. 

Maybe Fudd and EE read the same article which is why they aren't in a hurry to sell.
