Nice numbers but it's so early no one will want it unless as MK says they sell it for cents on the dollar. ES would never do that. So it will move onto the next stage I.e. sit there for 20 years with the occasional drilling or magnetic anomaly survey. 

Frankly if CF ever did get real cash for SC and ploughed a lot of it into EH the sp would jump and a big payday would be a few years and not decades away.
