A conservative valuation and a 12-month price target of $0.58 according to their 12-month "190% upside" forecast.

"In due time"....what? its no longer  "...sold potentially by eoy 2023 to early 2024"?

Ha, I knew immediately that Elmer's statement was just blowing smoke up my bottom.

We can only hope that this family office's client run up the SP before Ernesto and Elmer get another chance to screw fellow shareholders who can't play their game of chicken with fellow shareholders for decades on end. I've been so demoralized that there is no way I can step up and keep throwing money at this thing without even knowing if Ernesto is or ins't stark raving mad without a clue what ROI means.

Schaft Creek will never be "sold" by this group of lame promoters.  They aren't lifting a finger to try and sell Scaft Creek imo.  It will only sell once they are chased with an overwhelming offer that they cannot conceal from us nor refuse.

IMO, based on Teck's bad habit of acquiring things only at commodity peaks we don't get a SC sale until we approach $6 copper, $3,000 gold and $40 moly/lb.   And I thing this happens within two years, not unlike Citigroup's projection of spot copper in 2025 to be at $15,000 per ton or $6.80 per pound.

IIRC current economic projections use $3.25 copper, $1,500 gold, and $10 moly.  And remember that a doubling of LT prices used represents a lot more to the bottom line than just a doubling of the NPV.   The additional sales revenues because of higher prices goes straight to the bottom line.

If I am right the economics of Schaft Creek become so utterly fantastic that it would not be resistable to any major.   My gut tells me that Ernesto has a similar medium term outlook and is in no hurry to sell.
