Dear Elmer and Lynn    There are so many things that aren't going good with our economy There , are somany reasons that many of us could use a bit of a wind fall of cash. I personaly want to be debt free asap. Please sell something now and quit trying to get max value out of every hole please don't say there are no  buyer's we can read the papers were not stupid we know there is shortage of just about every thing we have. If we don't have any buyer's it is because your not doing your high paid jobs Get on the phones or start knocking on doors the buyers are out there. Cripes this has gone on long enough.
