"Sounds like we may have misinterpretted what he was saying (myself included). I did email the company and they clearly let me know there is no guarantees on when/if a sale will happen"
No one misinterpreted his statements. If you know the English language, it was quite clear what he stated publicly and it's message/intent.
If the company told you there is no guarantee on a sale then they did their job. They can't tell you for a fact a deal will happen lol...for disclosure and legal reasons! You should know this.
Now, I've watched that video a few times, and in the history of copper fox, Elmer has never given public & specific dates like this...so maybe he feels confident after 2023 work....fair value is reached and a deal could conclude.
Let's be clear, he did state a divestment by year-end or early 2024! Basically implying we wouldn't see another SC program under Copper Fox. His public statement coupled with a new disclaimer they are evaluating strategies of the properties (also new development in the company's history) is very encouraging this isn't just a smoke screen.
From copper fox metals-
"As part of its continuous refinement of operations, the Company is conducting an internal evaluation to identify potential opportunities to optimize its corporate structure. This review is focused on considering strategies for the distinct and efficient management of its mineral properties located in Arizona and British Columbia. This assessment is purely exploratory, and there is no assurance the Company will undertake any form of corporate reorganization"
