What CF needs to do is spinoff all the properties except SC and raise cash through an IPO on the spinoff. Then start to develope those assets/properties. Otherwise it could be decades before CF monitizes anything excecpt maybe SC. As for now CF is,  is a publicly traded portfolio of assets ( that aparently no one is intrested in ) that will never amount to anything other than a retirement fund for the insiders grandchildren and great grandchildren.
