In my humble opinion MK's numbers are very realistic. The current value of our 25% is mid $200 million dollars. I can't conceive of any enhancements, drill results etc that could increase the value by more than 300%. Teck has slow played the value for over a decade. Highly unlikely they roll over at this stage. ROFO problematic without any greater numbers and would take a long time and cost a lot of money. Naturally if I am wrong (again) and you are correct I will be very happy with the result.
