hoping for our time. This post from YM made me feel good about this positive news but also made me think of that small farm house that refused to sell at the developers price for the developer to build all around it leaving the house in the middle of a parking lot totally useless. Lol we all have seen that house before and thought what were they thinking. Glad we have the assests that won't leave useless but it looks like the golden triangle is loaded with great properties and we could be left in a parking lot cause we can't strike a deal with teck allowing them to move on. Do we have any busy being involved with SC at this piont or should we have exited this venture with teck a while ago? Admittedly I drank the kool-aid with prospect of $3-5 a share being touted way back in the day. I've since come to my senses and would fully agree with MoneyK's valuation to take it and move on. Hoping end of 2023 or Q1 2024 per ES delivers a sale on one of our assets. GLTA.
