Have been engaged by a Peru discovery play, Condor, CN,  their program is to sell off part of the large non core land holdings (like SC) and satellite plays (like SC) to finance the project. No serious dilution or being stalled for money (and yes Teck is stalling on one of their smaller joint ventures but it doesn't matter)

 Elmer CUU has picked up a few properties, sell one to develop another, they are in the business of flipping startup mining property, let's get the game on instead of sitting on fat salaries and saying we have no funds ( and what's happening to the price of copper - ya I know it's really going to go up but isn't) and what's our stock price while we discuss blue sky buy outs

get some action going, or we'll be seen as some low grade project that the majors are ignoring
