It's not uncommon for junior explorers/miners to slump in November & December. I have several on my watch list and many are behaving the same way on no news.

The later you get into the year, the more likely some investors are going to sell for tax loss purposes. 

We were trading around this price last year. No panic here (just endless frustration).
