Hard to say.  One reason I feel CUU having trouble is we have a large ownership % with EE.  It pushes away a lot of big guys.  Look at Barrick boosting its ownership from 2% to 12% now.

 

Try doing that with CUU. Imagine 2 x Jimmyjay's postion of 12 million shares to 70 million shares.
