Rick Mills posted a great article on mining.com outlining the fallacy of suggesting there is a global surplus of copper. 4 of the top 5 copper mines have agreements with Asian countries for their concentrate. That leaves one mine for the rest of the world.  It's a very long article but easy reading. 2024 could be interesting for juniors with PROVEN assets.
