If a buy out decision can be made by no later than March with a projected declared dividend by June then I would be on board.

I don't think Ernesto and BoD care much if you are on board or not with their SC decisions :) All you and any of us can control are the shares we own, which we could sell, hold or buy some more.

Best is to wait for the results to come out and see what copper fox decides to do next.
