Nowara, from all indicators, you too are a longstanding and long-suffering CUU shareholder. 

At this juncture, as absolutely frustrating as this experience has been, I see two possibilities: management actually executes and some long-term objectives finally come to fruition or we continue to stagnate for longer than we anticipated (the story of our investing lives here, to date). 

That said, I do not believe CUU is going to enact a reverse split. That would harm the majority shareholder, being Ernesto, along with Elmer and the board, who hold lots of stock. So the chances of that are close to nil, IMO.
