Was wondering if our remaining milestone payments really have a value.

If Teck exceeds $60M in spending, it will start to shrink the second payment and after the 3rd payment if no production decision is made.  Same would apply to anyone buying SC if Teck says no or anyone buying the entire company.

Can CF afford a loan at prime +2%?
